Microsoft co-founder Allen left

Paul Allen, the co-founder of Microsoft Corporation, died. He died on Monday due to non-hazkins lymphoma cancer. He was 65 years old.

In a family statement, Allen's sister Jodie confirmed her death.

Reuters reports that in 2009, Allen had treated the disease. Only two weeks before his death he had told the disease to return.

On his death, another co-founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates, said, "I was hurt in the death of one of my oldest and beloved friends, if I did not, personal computing would not be possible."
