Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina hoped for university teachers' co-operation to win the next election in the interest of continuing the continuation of development in the country.
To the university teachers, he said, "I want your cooperation so that the current momentum of the development of the present government continues and the development activities we started are completed. Because, because of our failure to come to power in 2001, the next BNP-Jamaat government had stopped our development activities.
Sheikh Hasina said this at a meeting of the university teachers' conference organized by Bangladesh University Teachers Federation (FBUTA) at Bangabandhu International Conference Center in the afternoon.
