Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda thanked Chief Election Commissioner KM Badruddoza Chowdhury, Chairman of the Department of Alternative and United Front, on the date of the election for the 11th parliamentary elections.
At noon on Monday, CEC Nurul Huda said that the date of the voting took place on December 30 in view of the demands of some political parties and alliance. The last day of nomination paper is November 28. The other dates of the schedule will be announced later.
According to the schedule announced on 8 November, the day of the vote was decided on December 23. The deadline for submission of nomination papers was 19 November.
