Dhaka: Election Commission (EC) has taught the Returning Officers to drop the assignment papers, if there is a little mix-up in the designation papers.
The established expert has issued a roundabout on Saturday (November tenth) in such manner.
It is said in the oath that no selection can be dropped for a little blunder. On the off chance that there is a mistake in deviation amid the choice which can be corrected instantly, at that point it should be changed by the designation papers.
Because of the crossing out of a designation of a hopeful, no legitimate assignment papers of that applicant will be viewed as dropped. That is, just if an assignment is legitimate, his office will stay unaltered.
Plus, if an applicant presents various designation papers, at that point an assignment papers are legitimate when the choice is made and others won't be required. Restoring Officer's choice on tolerating or dismissing assignment papers will be recorded at the predetermined place of selection papers.
It is additionally said that in statement (3) of article 14 of the request, it is said that no request can be made to ask about the accuracy or legitimacy of any passage in the voters list. In the meantime, any data alluded to in the testimony can not be changed or altered.
As per EC declared calendar, competitors will have the capacity to submit designation papers until November 19. The selection papers will be investigated till November 22. Applicants can be pulled back till November 29. Also, the image will be distributed on 30 November.
