Europe is lagging behind the production of electric cars

Many of the world's top car companies have been born in Europe, but they are losing to China to build the future of this sector. At this moment, China is the driving force behind the construction of an electric car battery. European leaders think, electric cars will become important for the future of automobiles. Millions of people will be employed in this industry.

But Europe has been lagging behind in terms of electric carpentry. Perhaps he was too late to join this fight.

Milano-based psychiatry Anne Enrico Matey's energy analyst Simone Tagalipietra said that European car companies will start production in China at a massive rate. It is a big threat to Europe that carries a company like Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Renault.

But the companies have the logic to factory factories in China. Because, the lioness buyer of the car is Chinese. And there is another big advantage in building cars in China. That is, they will survive from the big tax. Another advantage of car production in China is that the batteries are manufactured there. 40 percent of the cost of electric cars goes back to the battery. For that, Tagliyipetra said that, where the battery is produced, there is logic for the production of cars.

According to Wood McKenzie, consultant firm, two-thirds of all electric lithium-ion batteries in the world are produced in China. The company's research director Gavin Montgomery said that only 1 percent of Europe's electric cars are in the market. So the key to the future is not in his hands.

China, on the other hand, is the largest market for electric cars in the world. Half of all the electric cars sold in the world are in China. That's why international car companies invested heavily in China.

Volkswagen announced last year that they will invest $ 1.2 billion in China's production of electric cars. On the other hand, the United States's electric car industry's top company Tesla is making a factory in Shanghai. They will produce five million cars a year, where they produce one million cars in the United States. Europe's emerging battery producers are investing more in China than their own countries.

The Dutch-based Lithium Wearkas already has two factories in China. Still, they announced a $ 180 million investment in the outskirts of Shanghai.

With the huge infrastructure of China, the amount of lithium ion battery will be produced annually, allowing it to run 1,60,000 cars a year. Lithium Wireskas Chairman Kiss Kollen told CNN, China's infrastructural facilities are good. Apart from this, it is easy to get the necessary approval for setting up of factories. He said that when they went to factory factories in Europe, they were behind the red-tape violence.
