In this regard, letters are being given to the concerned ministry, police headquarters and DMP commissioner to take proper action. In the Code of Conduct, no buses, trucks, motorcycles, boats, trains or any other mechanical vehicles can not carry out any procession or any such exercise. No procession can be conducted during the submission of nomination papers. Public meetings or meetings will not be held on any road that obstruct the movement of the people.
